Install on Wix in three steps

Open Custom Code
In your Wix dashboard go to Settings, then Custom Code under Development & integrations, and click + Add Custom Code at the top right.

Paste the snippet
Paste the one-line snippet below into the code box and give it a name like "MAVRK chat". Replace app-XXXXXXXX with the App ID from your MAVRK dashboard.

Choose where it loads
Under "Add Code to Pages" choose All pages. Under "Place Code in" choose Body – end. Click Apply, then publish your site.

Your App ID is on the Website widget card at mavrk.ai/receptionist after you sign up and paste your website address. It looks like app-1a2b3c4d.

Optional: data-mavrk-color="#16a34a" sets the bubble colour and data-mavrk-theme="light" or "dark" pins the theme.

What Wix requires. Wix’s help page says custom code needs a site that is published and has a connected domain. Connecting your own domain needs a paid Wix plan.

Your site is never touched. MAVRK only reads pages that are already public. Remove the line and the chat is gone.

Common questions

Does the chatbot work on Wix Studio as well as the Wix Editor?

Yes. Both use the same Custom Code panel under Settings in the dashboard, and the snippet is the same one line.

Will it slow my Wix site down?

No. The snippet is a small script that loads after your page has rendered, and the chat window itself only loads when a visitor clicks the bubble.

Can I show it on some pages only?

Yes. When you add the code, choose specific pages instead of All pages. Most owners keep it on every page so a visitor on a service page can ask a question without leaving it.

What does it cost?
